It appears that you may have switched off session cookies on your browser - session cookies are needed to be able to login.

To check this setting in Internet Explorer - click Tools from the top menu - then click Internet Options - Click the Security tab - The Security level should be Medium - if it shows as Custom click the Default Level button. Then click the Privacy tab - The Settings should be Medium - if it shows Custom click the Default button.
